Privacy Policy

Canvas Quest recognizes and respects right to personal privacy of the visitors to our website. We will collect and use information through our web site in the ways disclosed in this statement. We may offer links to other web sites. Please note that other sites may have their own privacy policy and their standards may differ from ours. We may update this policy from time to time, so please check this page occasionally for updates.

Information Collection

We do not collect personally-identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly through the various forms available on the CanvasQuest.com website. Canvas Quest does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information. If you are just browsing and learning about our products, we invite you to do so. As a casual, unregistered visitor to our site, we'll recognize your IP address, home server, but not your e-mail address or any other personal information.
In order to place a product order or to contact us, you may be asked and it may be necessary for you to provide personally-identifiable information. Such information can include, but may not be limited to your name, address, phone, email and credit card information. We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for order processing, so any information that is captured by our server is transmitted securely.

Payment Security & Credit Card Processing

Your full payment card credentials are never directly received, transmitted, or stored on our servers. All transaction processing is handled securely by our integrated, third-party compliant merchant processing partner utilizing industry-standard encryption protocols.
To facilitate secure order tracking, transaction verification, and clear customer invoicing, our system retains only limited, non-sensitive transaction reference details provided by our processor. This partial information is used strictly to populate your order history and allow you to safely identify your payment method on invoices.

Cookies

In order to facilitate your use of our website, certain features require the use of cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our website places within your browser or device. Cookies do not extract or read unauthorized data from your computer.
When you log into an account, a secure session cookie is utilized to keep you authenticated. This session data may contain basic identifying information (such as your first and last name), which is securely encrypted using 256-bit encryption before being stored.
Despite this encryption, if you are accessing our website from a shared or public computer, we strongly recommend logging out before leaving your session to ensure your personal account remains fully protected.

Image Import Feature & Privacy Disclosures

As part of our custom order workflow, the Canvas Quest website features an in-house image import utility. This feature allows you to securely connect and select photos directly from your personal accounts—including Dropbox, Facebook, Instagram, OneDrive, Google Drive, or Google Photos—so you can easily upload your high-resolution files for custom canvas and photo printing.

We do not cache, store, or retain your third-party account credentials, directory structures, or image libraries on our servers. Access tokens and session data are handled temporarily within your browser's local memory to facilitate the transmission and provide a secure user experience. We only transfer and download the specific, individual high-resolution image file that you explicitly click and select to fulfill your print order.

Google API Services Usage: Canvas Quest ’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We strictly do not sell, share, rent, or transfer your user data from Google or any other provider to third-party marketing tools, advertising platforms, or external databases.
