Return Policy

Any product may be returned for any reason at any time, up to 30 Days from delivery date.

DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS.
We'll do our best to ensure your satisfaction or we'll send you a free replacement!
DO NOT DISCARD THE BOX OR PACKAGING MATERIALS.
If your order arrived damaged, the original box and packaging materials will be needed when we file a claim with the shipping carrier! Carrier may pick up/return the package for inspection when we file a claim at no cost to you. You will still be eligible for a free replacement.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• All items should be unused and in brand new condition.
• All items should be packed well to avoid damages and returned in the original packaging.
• Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the items returned.
• You are responsible for the return shipments, we do not offer free return labels.
• The return label should be scanned with the carrier within 30 Days of delivery.
• Your refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
• Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.

Mistaken Returns

• Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return.
• The complete and correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

RETURN PROCEDURE

• Simply contact us or click here to start.
• Include the copy of your order inside the shipping box. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the shipping box. Make sure it covers the original shipping label so that only one label is visible.
• Give the return shipment to the carrier. All returns must be within 30 Days of delivery.
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days, after your return is received, for your refund to be processed.
• Please refer to Canvas Return Guidelines for help with preparing multi-panel canvas returns.

REFUND CONDITIONS

You will get full refund with the following exceptions.

• In case of partial return of multi item order, eligible shipping fee and order refunds will be be partial as well.
• Shipping fee will not be refunded in the following cases
  • Oversized prints: where (Width+2) + (Height+2 x Depth+2) * 2 >= 130 inches where Longest side will be considered as the width for this calculation (e.g. both 40x60 and 60x40 inch single piece Canvas Prints with 1.5" deep frames are counted as: Width=60, Height=40, Depth=1.5)
  • Oversized packages: Some multi panel prints can have oversized packages even if individual pieces are not counted as oversized prints (e.g. 90x60 inch 3 piece Canvas Print with 30x60 for each piece will have an oversized package)
  • Non Ground shipments (e.g. Express or Overnight shipping fees)
  • Non-Contiguous United States shipments (e.g. AK, HI, Puerto Rico, etc)
  • International shippments.
