Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Gift Cards must be redeemed through the CanvasQuest.com website and can only be used to purchase items available on the CanvasQuest.com website.
• Gift Cards are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
• Any coupons, discounts, or other promotional offers do not apply to Gift Cards and cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
• If an order exceeds the amount of a Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card or other payment methods.
• Canvas Quest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards and Gift Card codes. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser of the Gift Card upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the recipient.
• Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and there are no maintenance or dormancy fees charged for unused Gift Card balances.
• Gift Cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. The Canvas Quest return policy does not apply to Gift Cards. However, it does apply to purchases made with Gift Cards. Any refunded amounts from products purchased with Gift Cards will be credited back into the Gift Card balance.
• We reserve the right to reverse any Gift Card purchase for any reason and return the funds to the Gift Card balance.
• Gift Cards and their use are subject to the Canvas Quest Terms of Use / Service and Privacy Policy which are incorporated herein. In the event of a conflict these Gift Card terms and conditions shall control.
• Gift Cards issued as part of a promotion will be subject to different terms and conditions. See specific promotion for details and applicable terms.
• Canvas Quest may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards.
• Canvas Quest reserves the right to cancel an issued Gift Card and/or close user accounts and/or request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is either redeemed through the CanvasQuest.com website and/or is used to make purchases on the CanvasQuest.com website.
• Canvas Quest MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES. ACCORDINGLY, ONLY THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS WHICH ARE LAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION WILL APPLY TO YOU AND OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
• IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, THE RECIPIENT AND PURCHASER'S SOLE REMEDY, AND Canvas Quest's SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, ONLY THE LIMITATIONS WHICH ARE LAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION WILL APPLY TO YOU AND OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
• Canvas Quest reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of these terms and conditions, at any time, in its sole discretion. Canvas Quest may notify you by email of substantive changes to these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are applicable to the maximum extent permitted by law and specific terms and conditions are void where prohibited.
